Safeguarding Newsletter

The Safeguarding Committee is a group of staff who are responsible for ensuring our children have the knowledge and skills they need to keep themselves safe. This includes the importance of well-being and mental health. They discuss any staff training needs and plan assemblies and other whole school events in addition to keeping parents informed through our safeguarding newsletter.

The safeguarding newsletter is completed half termly in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education Part 1 and 2 to ensure that parents are updated on how the school is supporting safeguarding and child protection as well as offering support and guidance to keep children safe at home.
