Packed Lunches

At Beaconsfield we want our children to eat healthy and nutritious food and therefore we have designed our Packed Lunch Policy to support parents and carers with this.

On Fridays, ONE ‘treat’ item of food (e.g. crisps, biscuits etc.) can be included in the packed lunch however the portion size must be appropriate (e.g. not a family sized bag of crisps).

PLEASE NOTE: We are a 'nut free' school and so food containing nuts is not allowed in packed lunches (this includes hazelnut spread such as 'Nutella'). This is to ensure the safety of pupils within the school who have nut allergies.
